“DÉESSE”, AN EASTER PASTRY IMAGINED EXCLUSIVELY FOR DS WORLD PARIS BY CHEF DAMIEN, CREATOR OF 750G
Chef Damien, co-founder of the website 750g, has created an original Easter pastry inspired by the olfactory identity of the DS brand. Called the "DéeSse", this gourmet treat will be sold exclusively at DS WORLD PARIS, where it can be enjoyed immediately or purchased for a gift.
Its creator will be present at 33, rue François 1er in Paris to introduce the “DéeSse” on two Saturdays, 26 March and 2 April. Food lovers will have the chance to chat with Chef Damien and watch demonstrations before leaving with this delicious new pastry and its recipe.
Visitors to DS WORLD PARIS will be able to stop by this gourmet residency any time between Saturday, 19 March, and Friday, 15 April 2016.
After a first foray into gastronomy with the well-known pastry chef Philippe Conticini in 2014, DS WORLD PARIS is organising another gourmet happening with an invitation to Chef Damien, the acclaimed co-founder of the website 750g. His talents will be on display at 33 rue François 1er from Saturday, 19 March, until Friday, 15 April 2016.

The Easter period, a time for appreciating fine food, is perfect for that. Our goal is to excite the taste buds!”
Chef Damien explains this collaboration: “Easter is a festive time when family and friends get together, so it is the perfect time to create a new recipe that many people can discover together. DS is, for me, the automotive brand that best embodies French know-how, combined with a unique visual and olfactory universe. The challenge I faced with ‘DéeSse’, the pastry I created exclusively for DS WORLD PARIS, was to offer the public an original taste experience.”
To meet this challenge, Chef Damien came up with a pastry inspired by the olfactory identity of the DS brand. Consisting of a cardamom and ginger biscuit topped with a dome of chocolate in which citrus fruits are inserted, the “DéeSse” echoes the scent diffused in the air at DS WORLD PARIS. With this creation, visitors are guaranteed an exciting and flavourful experience.
Chef Damien is inviting people to stop by and meet him at DS WORLD PARIS on two Saturdays, 26 March and 2 April. The “DéeSse” will be sold there at a price of 6 euros. These two events will also be an opportunity to watch demonstrations by the chef as well as to personalise the pastries with chocolate pastilles in different colours and leave with the recipe for this original sweet.
Anyone with a sweet tooth will also be able to pick up the recipe at DS WORLD PARIS between Saturday, 19 March, and Saturday, 15 April. DS WORLD PARIS is open free of charge from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:30 pm.
